Kanda Myojin Shrine, 1844 - 1845 - Handsome view of Kanda Myojin Shrine looking out over the rooftops of Edo. Visitors relax at the tea stands lining the grounds, pausing for a cup of tea or to smoke a pipe under the tall pine trees. Others stroll about the grounds, the red shrine building framing the scene at left. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this image in its collection. An attractive design.

Condition - This print with good color and detail as shown. Small loss at edge, a few small holes in margins, repaired. Slight toning, a few creases and small spots. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
