Plants and Trees, Flowers and Birds - Lovely design from an 1878 series by the artist Gyozan, titled "Plants and Trees, Flowers and Birds." These beautiful images feature birds perched on branches or flitting through the air, colorful flowers and fruit, and lush green foliage. The backgrounds are delicately embossed with an allover cloth pattern, a deluxe treatment, and framed with a cheerful yellow border. Beautifully detailed and colored, with attractive compositions. A great choice for display, either singly or in groups. The Boston Museum of Fine Arts has this series in its collection.

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. Small tear at edge, a couple thinning spots, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, a few small spots. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
