Hideyoshi Viewing Cherry Blossoms - Attractive scene of beauties from the court of Toyotomi Hideyoshi arriving for a picnic under the cherry blossoms. The beauty at right wears a flowing robe over a white kimono tucked into red hakama pants, the long legs trailing beneath her feet. Two smiling attendants follow behind, each carrying lacquer boxes. A colorful length of fabric provides privacy for the group. A lovely scene of this classic spring activity, with beautiful detail and lively color. Nicely detailed with embossing in the white kimono.
