Comments - Interesting Meiji era print depicting women and children in both traditional and Western dress. The beauty at lower left wears the latest European fashions, with a long violet dress patterned with silver mica flowers and a hat trimmed with feathers and flowers. The woman at top center is dressed in a lovely kimono shaded from aqua to pink with a scene of cranes taking flight beneath silver mica clouds. A charming design with wonderful detail.
