Moon Light at Takanawa, 1856 - Lovely portrait of a beauty enjoying the cool evening air on a verandah overlooking the harbor at Takanawa. She leans against a wooden pillar with a dreamy as she looks out over the water. Ships are moored in the harbor for the night, the masts rising up against the softly shaded evening sky. An attractive design with fine bokashi shading in the water and sky.
