No. 168 (Torii and Persimmons), 1985

Comments - Fascinating, limited edition silkscreen print by contemporary artist Yukio Katsuda. His subjects are very heavily inked, creating a three-dimensional allover texture that complements the subtle colors. Instead of a description title, Katsuda numbers his prints in order of completion. Signed "Y. Katsuda," titled "No. 168," numbered 115/150, and dated '85 in pencil in bottom margin. Today, Katsuda's larger prints sell for several thousand dollars each. A very striking design.

Artist - Yukio Katsuda (born 1941)

Image Size - 14 1/8" x 6" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Slight toning, a few creases. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
