The Ide Jewel River, a Famous Place in Yamashiro Province Pillar Print - Beautiful pillar print design of two beauties wading across the Ide Jewel River in Yamashiro Province, one of Japan's famous Six Jewel Rivers. One woman leads the other by the wrist as they carefully make their way through the shallow water, the current rippling around their ankles. A lovely Harunobu beauty subject, and a fine old Meiji era reprint. A nice choice for display.
