Comments - Intriguing Meiji era print depicting a variety of national flags. Two Japanese flags are crossed at top center and adorned with a red bow, flanked by the U. S. and United Kingdom flags. Other flags include China, France, and Switzerland. A floral border with plum and cherry blossoms, lilies, peonies, and irises surrounds the flags with text in the center. An interesting design.
