Comments - Striking view of a large paper lantern hanging from the center of a temple entrance gate. The lantern is tied to iron lanterns on the sides of the red pillars. Birds flutter across the sky, and a cluster of signboards frames the scene at lower right. An interesting and unusual perspective that creates a dramatic design. A nice choice for display.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Vertical folds. Paper remnants on reverse at corners from previous mounting. Small thinning spot, repaired.
