Late Spring at Massaki - Terrific Hiroshige print from his "Famous Places in the Eastern Capital" series depicting springtime along the river. Boatmen pole their craft along the river, the torii gate to the temple at Massaki at the left edge of the print. Visitors to the temple in the foreground take a ferryboat across the river. Lovely color and fine detail in this wonderful reprint.
