An Album of Insect Pictures (Churui gafu), 1910

An Album of Insect Pictures - In 1910, Unsodo published "An Album of Insect Pictures" (Churui gafu) featuring woodblock prints by Morimoto Tokaku. These lovely designs feature nicely detailed insects in their natural habitats, among plants and flowers. The Sackler-Freer Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution has this volume in their collection. A great choice for display.

Image Size - 7 1/2" x 5" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. A couple light creases at edges, a few small indents. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
