Courtesan Painting

Comments - Lovely design of a beautiful courtesan seated at a low writing table ready to paint, a scroll panel set out before her and a brush in hand. An ink stone and container of brushes are nearby. She wears several layers of elegant kimono, the outer one a delicate gray patterned with white plum blossoms. Fine embossing on the white kimono collar. A classic ukiyo-e beauty subject, rarely seen in reprint.

Image Size - 14" x 9 5/8" + margins as shown
