Smiling Beauty with a Fan

Comments - Lovely portrait of a beauty smiling as she looks back over her shoulder, a fan in hand. She wears a plaid kimono trimmed with a red floral print over a red under robe, tied with a green obi featuring small motifs. Her hair is pulled smoothly back into a loop tied with a ribbon and adorned with a hairpin featuring beads and tiny bells and another decorated with chrysanthemums. A charming design, nicely detailed.

Image Size - 13 3/4" x 9 1/2"

Condition - Nice detail. A couple repairs, light vertical folds at sides, a few creases at edges.
