Series; Good and Evil

Ogasawara Tsubone no Asao, 1885 - Fantastic depiction of Ogasawara Tsubone no Asao struggling with a writhing mass of snakes all over her body. She grips one in her hand as she claws at another wrapped around her neck that is choking her, her blue lips a sign of her impending death. A snake winds around her leg at right as another bites her in the foot. A black background focuses all attention on the figure. Great detail in this dramatic design. The first time we've offered this subject.
