Series; Mirror of Good and Evil People

Ichikawa Sadanji I as Nango Rikimaru, 1868 - Terrific kabuki portrait of Ichikawa Sadanji I as the commoner Nango Rikimaru holding a huge hand cannon. He looks up with an angry frown as he cradles the weapon to his chest, his short hair sticking up wildly atop his head. A wisp of smoke rises from the muzzle of the gun at upper right. A bold, dramatic design from a rarely seen Kunichika series. The first time we've offered this subject.
