Nowaki, Chapter 28 - Interesting scene of the poet Ariwara no Narihira eloping with Princess Takako. Having crossed Musashi Moor, the couple stops for a moment as Narihira turns his head to listen, a bow in hand. The beauty kneels at his side, clutching his arm in alarm as he tries to hold her back. In the distance at upper right, the silhouettes of men following them can be seen, their flaming torches glowing against the night sky. A great design with an atmospheric setting.
