Comments - Charming kabuki portrait of Ichimura Uzaemon XIII as the shinzo or apprentice courtesan Hanatachibana in the dance section "Kankatsu Sayaate" of the hengemono (multiple dance roles performed by the same actor) "Sanpukutsui kabuki no irodori" at the Ichimura Theater. She holds a bunch of irises in one hand, her red kimono decorated with a bird with colorful tailfeathers. Lanterns glow atop a low garden fence enclosing blossoming cherry trees. An attractive design.

Condition - Good detail. Loss at edge, holes, repaired. A couple creases at edges.
