Comments - Interesting kabuki scene from the play "Ise ondo koi no minato" at the Nakamura Theater of Ichikawa Kodanji IV as Aunt Omine eavesdropping outside a door, tilting her head and frowning as she listens. She wears an intricately patterned floral kimono over a red under robe, tied with a plum colored obi with flowers and scrolls and a yellow print sash, a folding fan in hand. A cloth pinned around her head protects her hairstyle from dust. A nice expressive figure with fine detail in the architectural setting.
