Shinbashi Station, 1874 - Great view of a train pulling into Shinbashi Station in Tokyo, smoke pouring from the stack, the engineer visible through the window of the locomotive. A crowd of people is gathered along the platform, with the modern stone building towering above. Notice the telegraph wires running across the center. A handsome historic view of the station, which opened in 1872. Nicely composed and detailed.
