Seto Inland Sea in Moonlight, circa 1955 - Terrific view of a boat on the Seto Inland Sea under the moonlight. The cloth of the sails billows in the wind, reflected on the undulating surface of the water below to create a striking, almost abstract pattern. A few stars dot the softly shaded evening sky. Beautifully colored and shaded.
