Yamashiro, Flowers of Arashiyama, Lady Kumano, No. 36 - Beautiful scene of Lady Kumano enjoying a view of the cherry blossoms at Arashiyama at sunset. The Togetsukyo Bridge stretches across the Oi River at left, a small waterfall visible in the hills beyond, the sky flooded with yellow and rose. She is accompanied by a small attendant, and her royal cart awaits her under a blossoming tree. The inset above shows a tray of food and a sake cup beneath drapery. A lovely image with beautiful color and detailing, including embossing on the white kimono.

Image Size - 12 3/4" x 8 3/4" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent color and good detail as shown. Paper remnants on reverse at side from previous mounting. A couple ripples, slight rubbing at edges. Please see photos for details.
