Comments - Lively kabuki scene of two men fighting with swords in front of a curtain with writing on it. The fellow at left grimaces angrily as he thrusts a sword at his foe. The man at right grips his own weapon above his head, ready to strike. He wears a black kimono tucked into striped green hakama pants, the sleeves of his blue under robe tied out of the way with a narrow green cord. A bold image with large figures and a dynamic composition. A great design. Includes burnishing on the black kimono.
