Comments - Interesting kabuki scene of two samurai practicing martial arts, each wielding a wooden practice sword. The fellow at left raises his sword above his head with a tight-lipped frown as his opponent thrust his weapon at him. Another man watches at right with an odd smile, his brows slightly furrowed. Nice large figures set off by a deep red background, detailed with burnishing on the black kimono.
