Hiroshige III's Famous Places in
River Embankment, 1868 - Interesting view of a grassy river embankment with a rickshaw approaching at right and a couple walking in the opposite direction. The beauty carries an umbrella, and the young man beside her gestures over the water. Willow trees in gray shadows frame the scene, with a bridge and hill in the distance in light gray silhouette. A nice composition.
