Three Deaths at Kawanakajima, 1867 - Dramatic Yoshitoshi triptych depicting the Battle of Kawanakajima between the forces of Takeda Shingen and Uesugi Kenshin. At left, a warrior fires a large cannon on a wheeled carriage. In the center, a Takeda samurai grips his sword above his head with both hands as his horse rears, the battlefield littered with dead and dying warriors. Nice expressive figures in an atmospheric setting.

Image Size - 14" x 28 5/8" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with good color and detail as shown. Three attached panels. Slight thinning along horizontal and vertical folds, a few holes, repaired. Wrinkling throughout. Please see photos for details.
