Original Nakajima Chinami (born 1945) Japanese Woodblock Print
Pine, Bamboo, and Plum Triptych

Comments - Beautiful limited edition modern triptych depicting pine, bamboo, and plum, a motif known as the "Three Friends of Winter," so-named because they do not wither during winter unlike other plants. Sparrow fly across the sky past the bamboo and pine branches, while another bird perches on a blossoming plum branch. The slender crescent moon features subtle gold mica, a lovely touch. The first time we've seen this terrific design.
