Matsushima - Great portrait of a beauty standing on a dock, smiling happily as she leans forward, waiting for a boat. She carries an umbrella, and the breeze blows her kimono about her. A circular inset at upper right depicts Matsushima, a group of tiny islands covered with pine trees (matsu). An attractive design from a rarely seen Eisen series.
