Today's Beauties - Charming design from the series "Today's Beauties," published in multiple volumes in 1895. Each print features a portrait of a young woman engaged in seasonal activities throughout the year, from arranging chrysanthemums and maple viewing in autumn to playing a game at New Year's and visiting an iris garden in summer. An attractive series, nicely detailed and drawn with delicate line work.
