Ushimachi, Takanawa - Striking image of Ushimachi near the Takanawa Gate, the view framed by the wheel and shafts of an ox cart at right. A colorful rainbow arches across the sky over the water, with boats anchored in the harbor below. Two puppies play on the embankment, one chewing a straw sandal. The striped watermelon rinds on the ground cleverly echo the bands of color in the rainbow. An attractive design with fine bokashi shading.
