Falling Cherry Petals, 1896 - Charming portrait of a beauty standing next to a wooden pail, watching as a shower of delicate cherry blossom petals falls down around her. She wears a pink apron over her purple kimono, and a blue and white cloth is wrapped protectively over her hairstyle. She holds a fan between her hands, smiling slightly as she admires the spring scene. An attractive design, nicely colored with the figure standing out against a soft yellow background.
