Red Fuji - Mt. Fuji takes on a reddish color in the early morning when the sun rises and again at sunset, a phenomenon most noticeable under certain conditions, when small clouds fill the sky. The mountain is bathed in a warm red orange glow at dawn, darkening at the peak where snow still lingers in the crevices, and covered with lush green forest below. A strikingly beautiful image and one of the most famous designs from Hokusai's "Thirty-six Views of Fuji."

Artist - Hokusai (1760 - 1849)

Image Size - 10" x 14 3/8"

Condition - This print with good color and detail as shown. Light crease at edge, a few spots. Please see photos for details.
