Comments - Lovely Buncho design of a courtesan standing on the verandah in the Hashiba district in Edo. She runs a comb through her hair as she looks out at water below, rain slanting across the evening sky. A boat ferries a passenger across the river, and stacks of wood at a lumberyard can be seen on the opposite shore. A charming image with soft color and fine line work.
