Beauties in a Garden - Lovely depiction of beauties enjoying a stroll through a garden in springtime. At left, a young girl bows politely as she waits for the women to catch up. In the center two women chat, one dressed in a purple kimono patterned with cherry blossoms and splashing waves. At right, a cherry tree flowers above a large stone lantern, and stepping stones lead across the scene. A charming design, beautifully detailed with embossing on the white kimono collars and trim and lacquer on the black kimono and black obi.
