Beauties in an Interior

Comments - Lovely scene of three beauties in an interior. The standing woman looks over her shoulder with an interested expression, her kimono patterned with kanji characters and bamboo leaves. Her hair is pulled back into a sleek bun adorned with ribbons, floral hairpins, and a comb topped with flowers. The two kneeling beauties chat as they sit quietly with fans in hand. A screen at right features peony blossoms. A beautiful and rare Utamaro design.
