Mount Atago in Shiba, circa 1840 -1842 - Handsome view of Mt. Atago in Shiba, with people strolling about the grounds of Atago Shrine. In the foreground, a few people are feeding birds, while in the middle ground, others stop for a break at the tea stalls lining the plaza. Blossoming cherry trees and tall trees dot the area, and a few sails can be seen on the horizon at left. An attractive spring subject.
