Father and Children, 1887

Comments - Handsome image of a father walking through the snow, cradling his baby to his chest beneath his kimono. He carries an umbrella over his shoulder, the young son at his side gesturing at the falling snow. At upper right, a beauty leans over a garden gate as if watching her family depart. A fan-shaped inset features text and a colorful hat topped with feathers. Nicely detailed with soft bokashi shading on the sky.

Condition - This print with nice color and detail as shown. A couple creases at edges and tiny repairs. Please see photos for details.
