Comments - Attractive portrait of a courtesan with a slender pipe in one hand, smiling as she looks down over her shoulder. Softly shaded clouds run across the top and bottom of the page, with an inset at upper left depicting a landscape with a torii gate. The white area across the center features faintly embossed Genji symbols and hollyhock leaves. The first time we've seen this subject.

Condition - This print with good detail as shown. Slight wrinkling, stain. Please see photos for details.
