Activities of Foreigners, 1861 - Fascinating depiction of the activities of foreigners. In the top scene, a group of men are gathered around what might be a camera obscura. Below, children dance about, the young girls wearing ruffled skirts. A matron in a hoop skirt watches over them. An intriguing subject, nicely detailed.
