A Fuji Arts Special Offer Auction
Kuniyoshi Prints - One of the great masters of ukiyo-e woodblocks, Kuniyoshi is perhaps best known for his warrior prints, but he worked in a range of subjects. In addition to dramatic samurai and battle scenes, he also created kabuki, beauty, landscape, and comic designs, each expertly drawn and composed. Don't miss this opportunity to acquire a classic woodblock by this great Edo era artist at a low opening bid price.
Ichikawa Danjuro VIII as Tamaya Shinbei, circa 1849 - Dramatic kabuki scene of Tamaya Shinbei attacking Ukai Kujuro on a bridge.
