Ueno Kiyomizu

Comments - Charming scene of the Meiji Empress and her attendants visiting Kiyomizu Temple in Ueno Park. The Empress stands in the center wearing a small tiara or crown, surrounded by ladies-in-waiting wearing colorful kimono over long red pants, the fabric trailing beneath their feet. Blossoming cherry trees frame a view of Shinobazu Pond in the distance. An attractive, colorful spring subject.

Condition - This print with nice color and detail as shown. Horizontal centerfold. Loss at corner, a few wormholes, repaired. Creasing, slight rubbing at edge. Please see photos for details.
