Beauty under a Full Moon Kakemono, 1843 - 1845

Comments - Charming portrait of a beauty enjoying an evening stroll. She smiles as she looks over her shoulder, the breeze blowing her flowing sleeves around her. She wears a kimono shaded from gray to white, bordered with brown and green floral medallions, with a red collar patterned with blossoms. A full moon glows in the night sky, and she carries a flat fan with a scene of a pine tree on it. A lovely design, beautifully composed to fit the kakemono or vertical diptych format.

Image Size - 28" x 9 3/8" + margin as shown
