Assisting with a Wedding, 1847 - 1852

Comments - Interesting scene of beauties assisting with the preparations for a wedding. Two young attendants kneel respectfully, smiling as they look up, pale pink kimono draped over their heads. Two matrons sit behind them, watching with interest. An elegant lacquer palanquin which will transport the bride sits on the floor behind them. Nicely detailed.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Horizontal centerfold. Thinning spot, a couple small wormholes, repaired. slight soiling, a few creases. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
