Sino-Japanese War Attack, 1894

Comments - Dramatic depiction of Japanese troops attacking the Chinese during the Sino-Japanese War, with troops charging ahead on foot to engage the enemy. At right, an officer on horseback waves his sword, followed by flag bearers. At bottom center, a soldier chokes a fallen enemy while using his sword to fight off another. Just above, a compatriot bayonets a Chinese man. At left, a shell explodes in a burst of orange flames and gray smoke, sending enemies tumbling backwards. An action-filled scene with careful detail.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Three separate panels. Slight soiling, a few creases, light ink offsetting at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
