Warbler on a Red Plum Branch

Comments - Lovely kacho-e (birds and flowers print) by Hiroshige showing a warbler perched on a flowering plum branch. The tiny bird's beak is open in song as it clings to a branch covered with pink buds and just opening blossoms. A beautiful nature scene with fine calligraphic line work.

Image Size - 12 1/4" x 4 3/8"
