Flowers, 1847 - 1852 - Charming spring scene of Prince Genji on an outing to view the blossoming cherry trees. the young nobleman grins happily as he rests one hand against the trunk of a flowering tree. Behind him, a servant spreads a red cloth across the top of a bench. The trees frame a view of a garden pond with pine trees dotting the grassy slope of the opposite shore. Nicely detailed with embossing on the prince's pink under.

Image Size - 14 1/4" x 9 3/4" + margins as shown

Condition - This print with excellent detail as shown. A few small holes, repaired. Slight soiling and creasing, slight rubbing at edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
