Comments - Handsome portrait of a beauty climbing the stairs to the upper floor of a teahouse. She holds her hands up underneath her kimono as she climbs, a packet of tissues caught in her mouth. Her hair is elegantly arranged with many tortoiseshell hairpins, and she wears several layers of fine kimono. An interesting and unusual design we've only seen once in reprint before.
