Twilight Snow of the Hakone Mountains: Bando Hikosaburo V as Jinto Tokujiro, 1865 - Great kabuki portrait of Bando Hikosaburo V as Jinto Tokujiro, walking through the snow holding a baby to his chest beneath his kimono. He raises his hat above his head as he looks suspiciously back over his shoulder, frowning with furrowed brows. His coat is made from several colors of fabric and lined with yellow, worn over a blue plaid kimono and tie-dyed blue under robe. A nice expressive figure with fine line work in the hair. A rarely seen Kunichika series.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Partially backed with paper. Small tear at edge, a few holes and small thinning spots, repaired. Slight toning and soiling, a few creases. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
