Original Edo era Japanese Woodblock Print
Seven Lucky Gods Pillar Print

Comments - Handsome pillar print depicting the Seven Lucky Gods sailing in their treasure ship. At the bottom of the image, Jurojin and Ebisu count stacks of gold coins. In the center, Hotei smiles happily as scratches his head. Near the top, Bishamonten stands in front of a large stack of straw-wrapped bales. The sail billows behind him, and a lucky crane flies overhead. A great Edo era image of these popular deities, the composition nicely suited to the narrow pillar print form.
