Comments - Handsome view of a garden as seen from the interior of a house. The sliding panels open onto a green yard bordered with striking rocks, palm trees, and lush foliage, with rounded hills in the distance. The slightly skewed perspective adds interest and emphasizes the contrast between the geometric architectural elements and the organic garden forms. A rare, limited edition Tokuriki print, pencil signed in bottom margin and numbered 109/150. Dated "Showa 58" (1983) in lower right margin. A great choice for a collector interested in contemporary Japanese woodblocks.
