Comments - Dramatic scene of samurai battling in the mountains. At right, a general on a dappled horse charges into the fray, swinging a large iron club, knocking down enemies as he rides. He wears a red vest over a suit of armor, and a helmet topped with deer antlers. In the center, a samurai on foot wields a sword with one hand while grabbing a spear thrust at him by an opponent. At left, other troops rush forward, a warrior on a brown horse gripping a pole arm with a metal tip. In the center, a samurai on a hill signals troops by waving straw mats high in the air. A terrific image with a handsome natural setting, nicely detailed.

Condition - This print with excellent color and detail as shown. Three separate panels, two panels backed with paper. A few small wormholes, repaired. Slight soiling, a few creases, rubbing near edges. Please see photos for details. Good overall.
